Premium OEM/ODM filtering solutions engineered to meet and exceed strict EN 1822 and ISO 29463 verification standards.
A comprehensive examination of high-efficiency particulate air technology, production mechanisms, supply-chain variables, and international compliance criteria.
High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters categorized under the H13 classification represent the industry threshold for critical particulate extraction. According to the European Standard EN 1822, an H13 HEPA filter is rated as a "High-Efficiency Air Filter" capable of retaining at least 99.95% of particulates at their Most Penetrating Particle Size (MPPS). Under the corresponding ISO 29463 standards, this equates to ISO 35 H grade filtration.
The physics of H13 HEPA filters operate on four distinct capture mechanisms, rather than serving as a simple sieve:
Shenzhen Snow Peak Clean Technology Co., Ltd. is an integrated high-tech enterprise, specialized in air filtration products research and development, production, sales, import and export trade. We produce and supply: Pre-filter, pocket filter, HEPA filter, chemical filter; replacement HEPA filter, car cabin air filter, humidifier filter; pocket filter media, melt-blown composite filter media, and other high-performance filter materials; provide high quality air purification solutions and products for indoor air pollution control and air conditioning systems of civil and industrial buildings, microelectronics, pharmaceutical, laboratory, school, hospital clean room etc.
Combined with self-developed patented technology, our sterilizing antiviral HEPA filter can effectively filtrate fine particles, so that PM2.5 concentration down to 10 micrograms/m3, 5 times better than national standard; effectively inhibit the breeding of microorganisms, sterilization rate up to 99.9%, and no secondary pollution, removal of H1N1 virus efficiency as high as 99.99%.
Having 15 years of international air purification technology experience as the background, our company has standardized production workshop, dust-free filter workshop and first-class technology of HEPA filters production line and inspection line, independent research and development of fully automatic air filter production line, equipped with AMADA CNC punch and CNC bending machine as well as many other advanced high-end equipment, provide a strong guarantee for production and quality of air filtration and purification products.
The HEPA industry is transitioning toward lower operational resistance (pressure drop) without sacrificing clean air delivery rate (CADR). Our technical roadmap focuses on three main developments:
Air quality standards depend on regional regulations and application environments. Our manufacturing facilities configure air filters for specific local needs:
Operating out of the primary industrial zone of Shenzhen, China, our company leverages a local raw material ecosystem. We secure high-grade meltblown media, polyurethane sealants, aluminum extrusions, and galvanized frames within a narrow geographic radius. This supply concentration enables fast raw material processing, shorter manufacturing lead times, and reliable delivery for high-volume custom production requests.
By utilizing automated CNC punch configurations and automatic pleating machinery, we maintain tight production tolerances and competitive pricing. This streamlined manufacturing process helps lower shipping and unit costs for overseas buyers while keeping our quality control standards aligned with international requirements.

H13 HEPA is a standardized filtration class defined under the European Standard EN 1822. It guarantees a minimum filtration efficiency of 99.95% at the Most Penetrating Particle Size (MPPS, typically around 0.3 microns). "True HEPA" is a commercial designation widely used in North America, generally specifying 99.97% efficiency at 0.3 microns. H13 HEPA provides reliable performance for cleanroom and pharmaceutical applications.
The replacement interval depends on the dust load, pre-filtration efficiency, and system runtime. In standard cleanroom applications with multi-stage pre-filters (G4/F8), H13 HEPA filters typically last between 24 and 36 months. In commercial HVAC systems with lower pre-filter efficiency, they should be inspected every 6 to 12 months.
We supply custom shapes and configurations, including cylindrical, rectangular, V-bank, and gel-seal designs. Frame options include anodized aluminum, galvanized iron, plastic, or MDF. We also offer composite media combinations, such as active carbon layers and antiviral treatments, to meet specific customer requirements.
We operate automated production lines in dedicated clean workshops. Each filter undergoes leak testing and pressure-drop verification in our testing facility prior to shipping. We hold CE certification, and our products comply with RoHS and EN 1822 standards.
A BIBO system is a containment housing used when dealing with dangerous biological agents, toxic chemicals, or radioactive dust. It utilizes a protective PVC changing bag, allowing technicians to replace contaminated HEPA filters without exposing the ambient air or maintenance staff to hazardous materials.
High-capacity media configurations designed for residential, commercial, and industrial ventilation applications.
